3 EGGS
1/2 CUP DARK KARO SYRUP
1/2 CUP LIGHT KARA SYRUP
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/2 t VANILLA
1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER
1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
1 9" UNBAKED PIE SHELL
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL. POUR INTO THE UNBAKED PIE SHELL. COVER THE RIM OF THE PIE WITH ALUMINUM FOIL TO PREVENT OVER-BROWNING. BAKE AT 375 DEGREE OVEN FOR APPROXIMATELY 40 MINUTES.
THE CENTER OF THE PIE WILL BE SET AND WILL NOT "JIGGLE" WHEN YOU MOVE THE PIE!
I MAKE THIS PIE FOR FAMILY GATHERINGS AND THERE IS NEVER A CRUMB LEFT! EVERYONE SAYS THAT THIS IS THE BEST PECAN PIE THAT THEY HAVE EVER HAD!
